How fast can you be here?+
For emergencies in Vienna usually within 60–90 minutes, around the clock – also on Sundays and public holidays. Routine appointments within 24–48 hours.
What does it cost?+
Guide prices start at €140 for ants and €240 per room for bed bugs, all incl. VAT. The technician confirms a fixed price after the inspection and before any treatment starts. No night or weekend surcharge.
Is it discreet?+
Unmarked vehicles, no company logos on clothing and neutral appointment times. Neighbours and guests will not notice.
Do I have to leave my apartment?+
For most treatments you leave the rooms for a few hours; the technician tells you exactly how long. A heat treatment against bed bugs takes one day.
Who pays – tenant or landlord?+
If the infestation was not caused by you, the landlord or property manager is often responsible for the cost. Our written report documents the findings so you can forward it.
